In this panel session, leaders who have proven and effective leadership in music ministry, will share tools and strategies that contribute their success. Topics include creating an atmosphere for worship, the critical importance of personal Bible study, interpersonal skills and communication, dealing with difficult people, shared leadership structure, and maintaining order and excellence.
